Go from barely surviving to effortlessly thriving!

My name is Wanda and I have a fantastic story to share with you. I have been overweight and unhealthy since early childhood. Now in my 5th decade of life I have found a wonderful program that has transformed my life. In the last 18 weeks I have lost 60 pounds and feel better than I have for decades. I was taking 2 blood pressure pills and now only take one. I plan to be off the other one soon.

This program involves eating 6 small meals a day (who couldn't eat 6 times a day!?). By eating every 2-3 hours I have boundless energy and don't find myself getting hungry. By eating this often your blood sugar stays consistent so there are not the highs and lows which result in hunger and cravings.
